Process Automation & Digitalization: Utilize Programming/Coding skills (e.g., Python, VBA, or C#) to automate repetitive design tasks and improve engineering efficiency.
ERP & Lifecycle Management: Manage engineering data and workflows through SAP and PTC Windchill, ensuring seamless integration between design and manufacturing.
Operational Excellence (SQD): Lead by example to ensure all engineering outputs meet the highest standards of Safety, Quality, and On-Time Delivery.
Design & Analysis Oversight: Oversee 3D modeling in PTC Creo, 2D documentation in AutoCAD, and Mechanical Simulations (FEA) to validate product reliability.
Customer-Centric Problem Solving: Act as a technical advisor and shield for the team when navigating demanding customer specifications, finding win-win solutions.
Managers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
