JR58153 Intern - Manufacturing WET

Description:

• The Wet TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and IOT (Internet of Things) Integration Development integration program aims to give students exposure to state-of-the-art Wet Process tools involving wet and dry etching processes as part of industry leading semiconductor manufacturing, understand the functionality of these equipment and finally integrate advanced IOT and TPM solutions to enhance various manufacturing KPIs. This will involve working with various tool sensors and data analytic systems as well as failure analysis and reduction projects. These projects will also require close cross functional collaboration with Equipment, Process, Smart Manufacturing, Data Science and Field IT Service teams to deploy viable, efficient, cost effective and most importantly, effective solutions.

Scope:

• Explore the equipment and understand the process and sensor data available and identify opportunities for IOT integration.
• Deploy end to end solution from data ingestion to anomaly interdiction for entire fleet by using data filtering, data optimization and data analysis methodologies
• Understand key objectives of ongoing IOT/TPM projects and collaborate with various equipment and IT teams to develop and execute cost effective and efficient methods for mass fleet deployment

Deliverables:

• Integrate and deploy any 2 existing or new IOT/TPM projects
• Complete 1 TPM Project which impacts a Manufacturing KPI

Skillset Require:

• Good communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
• Good understanding of IOT systems and infrastructure will be beneficial.
