What would you do? The Workforce Data Analytics (WFDA) Team Lead at CL-10 is responsible for leading a team of analysts in delivering high-quality workforce insights, dashboards, and data-driven solutions to internal and client stakeholders. The role bridges analytical execution with people leadership — ensuring the team delivers with accuracy, speed, and business impact.
1. Analytics Delivery & Reporting
Lead end-to-end workforce analytics delivery (capacity, productivity, SLA, backlog, trends)
Own KPI definitions, SLA logic, and reporting governance
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and standardization of reports/dashboards
Drive automation and optimization of reporting processes

2. Insight Generation & Decision Support
Convert operational data into actionable insights for leadership
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across HR processes (onboarding, exits, ticketing)
Support governance forums with data-backed recommendations
The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.
What are we looking for? 3. Team Management
Manage a team of workforce analysts (allocation, workload, performance)
Provide coaching on analytics, data storytelling, and stakeholder communication
Drive capability building and cross-skilling within the team
4. SLA & Performance Governance
Ensure SLA compliance tracking and reporting accuracy
Identify gaps in SLA measurement logic and drive corrections
Partner with operations to improve performance outcomes
5. Data Quality & Issue Resolution
Oversee data validation across systems (OTBI, ticketing, HR systems)
Manage data discrepancies and root cause analysis
Ensure audit readiness and compliance with standards
6. Stakeholder Management
Act as primary interface for analytics-related discussions
Collaborate with operations, HR, and client stakeholders
Translate business requirements into reporting solutions
7. Continuous Improvement & Automation
Identify process gaps and drive improvement initiatives
Promote use of tools (Power BI, Excel automation, dashboards)
Standardize templates, reporting definitions, and processes
