Digital Product Manager
This role reports directly to the eCommerce Product Manager (Manager) and partners closely with business stakeholders and IT value stream owners and teams.
Job Description:
Develops and improves doTERRA’s digital products in line with user needs and organizational goals. Is responsible and accountable to the business teams to develop and communicate a roadmap for the product. Defines product vision, strategy, features, and functionality.
Collaborates with the business and IT teams from product ideation through implementation strategies, timelines, and delivery to ensure the best customer experience possible.
Responsibilities:
Develops new software product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements to existing product design that reflect market and user needs.
Works with the user research team and business stakeholders to define customer pain points, business needs, and regulatory constraints to develop user stories, customer experience maps, and designs that articulate a product feature solution and interactions.
Works with Business Analysts to refine user stories to include acceptance criteria and various use cases including error paths.
Reviews proposed solutions with value stream technical lead to ensure feasibility and shared understanding of design and experience.
Participates in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, design, testing, and integration of products as well as the introduction of products to the market.
Member of a value stream team that translates customer needs and technology directions into value to the customer.
May participate in the creation of documentation or user guides for new products.
Tracks key success metrics to measure and track the success of products and features.
Required Qualifications:
4-8 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience/background in the MLM industry
