This position provides a wide range of administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team including interview scheduling, pre-employment activities, and onboarding, while helping to create a positive and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers. Oversee transactions related to the Eversource Talent Acquisition model, maintain accurate records in Workday, and prepare reports and data to support regulatory requirements and other business needs. This position plays a key role in delivering a best-in-class hiring experience while ensuring compliance, accuracy and service excellence.

Essential Functions: 

Talent Acquisition & Hiring Support

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in delivering a best‑in‑class hiring experience, including scheduling interviews, coordinating pre‑employment drug screens and background checks, administering testing, preparing offer letters, and supporting new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and new hires throughout the interview and onboarding process.
  • Troubleshoot and respond to candidate and new hire inquiries related to interviews and onboarding; maintain communication until issues are fully resolved, providing timely status updates.
  • Meet established service level agreements to ensure high‑quality service delivery, including accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.

Systems, Reporting & Compliance

  • Process all Talent Acquisition transactions in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate recruiting, onboarding, and compliance reports from Workday as required to support regulatory and business needs.
  • Administer testing in compliance with Eversource and EEI testing requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and files in compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements; respond to related inquiries from employees and HR partners.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants, hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external vendors to support hiring activity.
  • Enhance the Talent Acquisition Team and organization’s reputation by taking ownership of requests, resolving new and unique issues, and identifying opportunities to add value or improve processes.
  • Act as an informal resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience.
  • Provide additional Talent Acquisition and HR support as needed.

Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Technical Knowledge/Skill: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and presentation software.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, develop solutions, and effectively leverage technology.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to applicants, hiring managers, HR colleagues, and employees.

Education:    

  • Requires a High School Diploma.  Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.                    

Experience:        

  • Minimum of three (3) years of related administrative or HR experience, with at least two (2) years in Human Resources or a college degree.
  • Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, or high‑volume transactional HR processes preferred.
  • Experience with Workday and Paradox preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

$73,830.00-$82,030.00
