Report to: Technical Service Manager

As a Technical Service Executive, you will provide day-to-day technical support to customers and the local Food Ingredients sales team through product recommendations, process guidance, troubleshooting, and application development. This role reports to the Technical Service Manager, has no direct reports, and works closely with commercial and technical teams to develop customer projects, deliver prototypes, and ensure safe, effective lab operations.

What you will do:

• Provide daily technical support to customers and the local Food Ingredients sales team through product recommendations, process guidance, and troubleshooting.

• Develop and present prototypes, conduct lab analysis of commercial products and prototypes, and translate findings into practical customer solutions.

• Participate in lab trials and plant trials at customer sites to support project development and product performance validation.

• Conduct seminars and training sessions for customers and the local Food Ingredients sales team to build application knowledge and product understanding.

• Support the Technical Service Manager and local sales team in developing project pipelines and aligning technical support activities with customer and business needs.

• Actively participate in safety programs and help achieve safety targets, while implementing food safety measures and maintaining the general upkeep of the Technical Service Lab.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in meat and batter & breading applications; prior experience in a multinational company is preferred.

• Strong ability to resolve complex technical situations and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• High proficiency in computer literacy and a good command of spoken and written English.

• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a customer-facing technical role.
