The LinkUp Apprenticeship Programme at Linklaters offers a unique opportunity to be a part of a diverse and innovative environment, where you can learn, grow, and contribute to different areas of our organization.
As well as excellent opportunities for training and long-term development, the role offers a contract of mandate for 6 months, paid internship and organised dedicated workshops for you as a cohort.
About the Team:
This is an exciting opportunity to join global Finance Team providing complex services within Accounts Payable and General Ledger area to Clients in multinational environment. LinkUp Apprenticeship Programme will allow you to move across various accounting functions and gain experience in daily operations and process improvement projects.
Within Accounts Payable function you will be focused on performing tasks related to vendors invoices and employees expense claims processing via OCR tool and SAP, monitoring open items balances and transferring intercompany charges for various regions.
As General Ledger Apprentice you will support Local Offices in processing daily bank postings and other journals during Month End Close. You will also work on streamlining ACRA and Multiline process.
Apprenticeship Programme will also give you an opportunity to gain experience in various projects, such as: Automation of Accounts Payable transactions processing using VBA based tools or inter-office process improvement.
