Position: Customer Operations Support 

Location: Dublin, Ireland 
Contract type: 6-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with possible weekend support as required. Flexible schedule needed during quarter-end, including extended hours, on-call support, weekends, and holidays.

The Contract Admin will be responsible for final review of agreements to ensure all contracts adhere to compliance and internal guidelines. Will then countersign and fully execute agreements on behalf of client. Executed contracts will then be uploaded into online booking systems. Candidate must have strong computer and software skills, and the ability to be successful working both autonomously and in a group setting. Booking systems used are mostly proprietary, so candidate must be comfortable with learning new software systems. Must have effective written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct signature activities of Cloud EMEA agreements, acting as an authorized signatory of the company

* Support contracting operations for Google Cloud, including quarterly sales close procedures and on-call rosters, and continuous improvement of signature procedures

* Responsible for providing first level customer service support for contract execution and compliance queries, solving routine problems for the business, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines and internal policies

* Acts as Compliance team member who will address CIR, RMC & GPO queries using gCases, Community Console or email

* Ensure compliance best practices are adhered to at all times 

* Communicates any violations and provides resolution.

* Independent judgment and analysis of significant issue identification and resolution.

* Train, supervise and support operation's team in resourcing data, drafting, proofing and reviewing documents.

* Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.

Minimum qualifications:

* 3+ years of relevant work experience with internal contract administration and / or paralegal work

* Superior problem solving skills, combined with impeccable business judgment

* Excellent oral and written communication ability

* Experience of working with contracts, including interpretation of contractual terms

Preferred qualifications:

* High level of proficiency working with Docusign and Adobe Sign

* Strong personal organization and email/queue management skills

* Bachelor’s degree in a business- or legal-related field of study is a plus

* Knowledge of contracting concepts.

* Good to strong analytical and communication skills.

* Able to express themselves effectively and accurately in writing to avoid any confusion in the agreements.

* Ability to draft simple integrity checks in accordance with prescribed templates and guidelines.

* Excellent internal and external negotiation skills.

* Skilled in business management and contractual regulations.

* Able to manage their time efficiently, as many contracts and deals are time sensitive.

* Should be extremely thorough and detail oriented, as the job largely consists of reading through contractual documents line by line.

* Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word.

* Understand and follow oral and written instructions

* Work independently in the absence of supervision.

* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.

* Ability to respond to fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

* Good presentation, leadership and management skills.

* Prepare clear and concise reports.

Important - Special Work Hours Requirements:

 

The role requires a high degree of flexibility to meet urgent contract signature requirements in particular at quarter ends. On-call work, after business hours, on weekends, and on holidays on a recurring basis is required. Currently, Google quarter-end falls in March, June, September and December

* Should be available on weekend support

* Can adjust schedule as needed for the quarterly support (Work until midnight) for the contract execution

* Available to extend working hours as business need arises

* Flexible to work during local holidays if needed (On-Call support may also be needed)
