Role Description: As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Delivery of Talent management projects, initiatives, and programs that support academy’s strategy and objectives. You will oversee a team of project managers and specialists to ensure the successful planning, execution, and implementation of projects while maintaining a focus on quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the delivery of projects, initiatives, and programs from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee the execution of project activities to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. • Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and specialists, including setting clear expectations, assigning responsibilities, and providing ongoing coaching and development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives. • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure project success. • Manage project resources, including staffing, budget allocation, and vendor relationships, to optimize project delivery and achieve desired outcomes. • Develop and implement project management best practices, processes, and tools to improve project delivery effectiveness and efficiency. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and vendors, to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals and objectives. • Evaluate project outcomes and performance metrics to assess effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous improvement in processes and practices. Professional & Technical Experience: • Master's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or related field. • Experience of 15-20 years in consulting project management and delivery across industries, or related fields preferred. • Preferred institutes – for example, XLRI, IMs, XIMB • Must Have Skills: o Talent Management o Project Management o Team Leadership o Delivery Excellence • Good To Have Skills: o Learning Metrics & Analytics • Proven experience in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve project goals and objectives. • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to drive project success. • Results-oriented with a focus on quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
