Position Summary

The Facilities Systems Specialist is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of CVS Health’s facilities management platforms, with primary ownership of IBM Tririga and related systems. This role serves as a subject matter expert and operational partner to Corporate Facilities Services, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and alignment with business needs.

The position provides day‑to‑day application support, intake management, and coordination with IT to maintain and enhance systems supporting CVS’s corporate facilities portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Application Administration & Support

  • Administer and maintain facilities management applications, including IBM Tririga and supporting platforms.
  • Manage user access, security roles, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and usability.
  • Provide functional support to internal users and resolve application-related inquiries.

Operational Intake & Issue Management

  • Monitor Maintenance Services mailboxes and intake channels.
  • Research, triage, and resolve requests or route to appropriate internal teams.
  • Track issues through resolution and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of service requests.

System Maintenance & Enhancements

  • Own ongoing maintenance of facilities software platforms.
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into IT service requests.
  • Partner with CVS IT teams on enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployments.
  • Support user acceptance testing and post‑deployment validation.

Business Partnership & Process Improvement

  • Act as a liaison between Corporate Facilities, and IT.
  • Support assessment of system functionality, usability, and performance across the corporate facilities portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and enhance user experience.
  • Contribute to documentation, standards, and best practices for system usage.



Required Qualifications

  • Experience administering enterprise applications, facilities management systems, or real estate platforms.
  • Working knowledge of IBM Tririga or similar facilities/real estate lifecycle platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical or functional requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting corporate facilities or real estate operations.
  • Familiarity with facilities‑related system integrations.
  • Experience working with IT service request processes and system enhancement lifecycles.
  • Prior experience in a large, matrixed corporate environment.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
