Job Title:
Senior Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS) Developer

Role Summary:
The Senior Oracle PCS Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting business process automation solutions using Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS). The role focuses on modeling, implementing, and integrating end-to-end business workflows across Oracle Fusion Cloud and external systems, working closely with functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient process solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure business workflows using Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS)
Model business processes using BPMN 2.0, including human tasks, service tasks, and approvals
Translate business requirements into process flows, rules, and orchestration logic
Integrate PCS with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (HCM / SCM /FIN) and external systems
Build integrations using REST / SOAP APIs and collaborate with OIC or middleware teams
Perform unit testing, system testing, and support deployments across environments
Troubleshoot workflow issues, optimize performance, and implement enhancements
Ensure process designs comply with Oracle standards, security, and audit requirements
Maintain technical documentation, process models, and configuration artifacts
Support AMS / production issues and continuous process improvements


Required Skills & Experience

6–7 years of overall Oracle / enterprise application development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS)
Expertise in BPMN 2.0, workflow orchestration, and approval frameworks
Experience integrating PCS with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules
Proficiency in REST / SOAP web services
Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills

Additional Requirements: Resource should be ready to work in shifts on rotation basis.
