A Day in the Life

Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. They are able to partner with hospital management teams to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and run and optimize operations.

In this role you will maintain and develop relationship with existing customer(s). You will act as the on-site first line Medtronic liaison for our customers and as the interface with C-suite and Sr. Management within our clients’ organizations.
This role is entirely on-site in the Essex area (Basildon) and will require travel within the country and occasionally within EMEA (10-25%).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Take ownership of all service delivery activities at the mentioned account
  • Develop and execute account specific action plans to deliver high quality services according contract
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboard to measure & track performance service delivery team
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships within the account and governance structure related to the partnership
  • Identify and collaborate with al lthe required IHS capabilities in a timely manner
  • Ensure service delivery SLA's and contract profitability’s are optimized 
  • Manage, coach and develop local Medtronic IHS-NGC ops staff on site preventive actions

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Master's degree in a relevant functional area 
  • Several years of experience in healthcare environment, healthcare value chain / operations management 
  • Clinical and/or CatLab experience 
  • Experience in dealing with hospital C-suite / senior management / stakeholders 
  • Experience in people and team management 
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, knowledge of regional language 
  • Lean 6 Sigma knowledge and experience a plus
