DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: 

The Boston Red Sox Client Services department oversees the management of all Fenway Park’s premium members, spanning three different premium clubs and our suite level at Fenway Park. The Client Services team works to build relationships with clients through various interactions during games & special events and by providing exclusive experiences.  

 POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Client Services Department is seeking a hospitality-focused individual who can help create premium-level experiences at Fenway Park. Working specifically with our Dell Technologies Club Members, this position will strive to build customer loyalty and satisfaction by delivering unique experiences, creating relationships through personal touch points and by providing clear and consistent communication to secure our clients' long-term commitment. The ideal candidate will have hospitality or sales experience and help bring a fresh perspective to our team, while continuing to develop the premium brand.

The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 based on relevant experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for annual incentive pay along with our comprehensive benefits package.
