About the role:
We are looking for strong leadership and customer relations skills to manage a team of 8 -12 team members. Team members will be a mix of onshore, offshore, remote, and non-remote individuals who process over 300 orders monthly across over 1000 clients. This leader will also need exceptional negotiation skills to drive operational excellence and pricing from our vendors.
What you will be doing:
Manage relationships between the business and our clients
Avoid escalations through proactive communication
Set expectations with clients that provide a low risk in delivery.
Manage team members to driver responsiveness to our customers
Monitor, correct, and help avoid quality issues in our process or our vendors' product
Increase the operational efficiency of the team through process improvements or technology
Meet or exceed Revenue and EBITDA Plan
What you will need:
Exceptional leadership skills
Pricing and delivery negotiating skills
Good understanding of metrics that drive operational improvement
Strong analytical skills
Added bonus if you have:
Previous work experience with Secure Card manufacturing
