Our Newest Opportunity:
The Benefits Associate is responsible for the accuracy and completion of eligibility and enrollment processing of client employee insurance changes. In working with insurance carriers, the Benefits Associate will exercise discretion and
independent judgment when handling enrollment discrepancy research, reconciliations, and client censuses. This position will assist with general eligibility questions, order ID cards, and ensuring accuracy in carrier enrollments and
billing. The Benefits Associate is also responsible for producing accurate creation and auditing of client eligibility and demographic census reports. They will also assist with maintaining accurate renewal records in CRM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
Enthusiasm, willingness, and ability to learn new concepts

Ability to shift priorities as needed without concern
Detail-oriented approach to work
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency with computer programs, specifically Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and multi‐task effectively

Ability to handle high volume periods with accuracy, resiliency, and thoughtfulness
Education, Training and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university in applicable field of study preferred
Previous office experience, preferred
Previous experience working in insurance/employee benefits, preferred
Experience with Benefits Administration Systems, preferred
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $20 to $22 per hour.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications,
professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are
eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on
your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer
