Designation: - Spec Conversion Part Data Setup

Reporting to: - Manager Part Data Load

Shift Timings: - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST & 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST

Job Summary: -

Under general supervision, this role is responsible for accurate setup, changes, and performing daily activities such as loading data to the participants of new plan sales in the recordkeeping system with an emphasis of supporting requests that are more complex in nature.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: -

  • Support workload consisting of data load/Wires/Data IA requests via SR and PEGA during busy season and team requirements, Analyze and research complex plans and requests and resolve queries. 
  • Ensure that Requests are prioritized by RUSH, Clarify and TAT.
  • Detailed research should be done and data loaded before any request sent to clarify.
  • Adherence towards business changes (Shift, Extended hours & Weekend workings)
  • Update all the reports like productivity tracker, Rush and Vacation tracker.
  • Process Ownership: Responsible queue management, Performing RCA on defects for self-errors.

Background and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must
  • 2-5 Years of financial services experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in any domain, preferably in Retirement Services.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated quality customer services skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate the research and resolution of problems
  • Strong attention to detail skills required
  • Flexible working in US shift and rotational shift based on business requirements
