For our office in Portugal, we are currently looking for a Local HR Support to join our HR team in a temporary replacement role for approximately 9 months. In this position, you will support administrative HR processes, ensure employee data is kept up to date, assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, and collaborate closely with the HR, Payroll and Talent team. 

How you will make an impact

• Employee onboarding and offboarding (workday)

• Preparation and submission of the Relatório Único

• Participation in internal and external HR audits

• Compliance with legal requirements and deadlines

• Organization of internal meetings (e.g., townhalls)

• Cross-functional support to the HR team

• Work closely with the HRBP, Payroll, and the Talent team.

Your background

• Previous experience in HR support

• Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and autonomous

• Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
