Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and operational challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
