Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of investigations, litigation and disputes, forensic technology, regulatory compliance and enforcement guidance, and insurance advisory services.
  • Experience resolving complex issues; analyzing reports prepared by opposing experts or other parties; interpreting large volumes of data to assess impact; and managing teams to deliver various services. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in corporate consulting or a related role.
  • Experience working in consulting for at least 5 years, with at least 5 years in the services noted.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Direct experience developing and executing against investigation workplans; expert witness analyses for a litigation, dispute or insurance claim; utilization of forensic technology (e.g., data analytics, eDiscovery, digital forensics); and delivering services to outside counsel, general counsel or compliance professionals.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified eDiscovery Specialist, etc.) are a plus.
  • Understanding and familiarity with technology solutions necessary to provide a holistic solution to clients

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, build and develop a team of professionals to support engagements related to Investigations, Litigation and Disputes, Insurance Advisory, and Compliance. 
  • Provide guidance to team on Investigations, Litigation and Disputes, Insurance Advisory, and Compliance. 
  • Manage team utilization and productivity, including identifying client-based work and ensuring the team is intellectually challenged to drive their success.
  • Develop tools and templates for client delivery
  • Understand how technology can and should be applied to yield the most accurate, efficient and effective work product. 
  • Develop best practices for communication and client service delivery for US/India teams. 
  • Oversee and ensure the highest quality in delivery of services.  Interact with and manage the relationship with multiple US-based project leaders.
  • Manage India team metrics and develop reporting.
  • Mentor, guide and manage team members, investing in their future success.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships across business lines in India to identify opportunities for cross-collaboration.
  • Assist with proposals as needed.
