Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading systems design, development and establishing relationships with dedicated business implementation teams to advocate for business requirements during automation implementation endeavors. The role actively engages in the Workiva transformation projects to ensure comprehensive communications to stakeholders and adheres to established processes while implementing refinements for ongoing automation objectives. The role works directly with customers to understand and propose tailored solutions, collaborates on project-based work, and leads moderate to high complexity projects, contributing to the realization of operational and strategic plans.
Responsibilities
Education & Experience Recommended
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in IT projects, process improvement, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
• University degree with focus in Accounting, Audit and Tax
• Technical scripts and programming knowledge (eg: SQL)
• S4HANA/SAP experience
• Controllership and Workiva experience would be a plus
• Experience in cross functional collaboration a benefit
• Project Management Experience
