What You Will Do:
Lead content production coordination by managing the calendar from brief to publication and coordinating review workflows between team members to ensure timely feedback and project progression.
Oversee multiple content projects through effective project management, identifying potential conflicts and maintaining a central tracking system for team visibility while aligning production timelines with content roadmap milestones and product releases.
Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality and timely deliverables while owning the onboarding process and tracking spend against budget.
Orchestrate digital program logistics by coordinating customer-facing education delivery, managing CPE/CLE credit programs, and maintaining internal team documentation and process guides.
Facilitate cross-team coordination by serving as the operational liaison between Customer Education and other teams, triaging content requests, and coordinating product release communications for curriculum updates.
Ensure quality assurance and publishing standards by performing final checks before content publication, verifying formatting, links, and accessibility requirements, and maintaining a content audit log for library health tracking.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in supporting organizational needs.
Education:
College degree with coursework in information systems, business, engineering, or equivalent experience is required. Formal training in project management strongly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years progressively responsible experience in information systems, including five years of experience managing mid-sized projects required.
Experience with product design and/or system software practices in use at Bloomberg Industry Group is strongly desirable.
