Corporate Development and M&A Associate

Role overview:

As one of our Corporate Development and M&A Associates, you will be a key contributor to our corporate strategic initiatives working closely with the business and a variety of stakeholders. Operating at the forefront of strategy and M&A activities, you will assist in evaluating potential opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and supporting the execution of transactions. This position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in M&A and corporate strategy within a dynamic, fast growing, and innovative environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the evaluation of potential M&A opportunities.
  • Supporting the development of strategic plans.
  • Conducting financial modelling and analysis.
  • Assisting market analysis and industry research.
  • Supporting the preparation of presentation materials.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Supporting post-merger integration activities.
  • Monitoring industry trends and market developments.
  • Assisting in negotiating transaction terms.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in investment banking, corporate development, management consultancy, M&A advisory or similar role desirable
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
