For our Abbott Diagnostics Division HIAC we are looking for talented, well-motivated, Junior Professionals to join our team in Europe & EEMEAP as a ASSOCIATE TECHNICAL SPECIALIST  to provide installations and service support to our projects in Europe & EEMEAP.

Position: Representative Order Entry - Madrid

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

  • Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area.

  • Ability to execute highly complex or specialised work.

  • Knowledge acquired from several years of experience or specialist training in particular area.

  • Works independently, applies standards yet adapts precedent and may make departures from established processes to resolve problems.

  • Responsible for gathering information and confirming sales prompted by incoming calls.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receives telephone calls which are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures.

  • Uses computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls.

  • No selling responsibilities are involved with this activity.

  • Typically transfers calls to appropriate person as necessary.

  • Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response.

  • May answer inquiries, resolve problems, and promote products/services.

  • Requires extensive knowledge of company, products, and/or services.

  • May assess needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services.

  • Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.

  • Foundation in administration/baccalaureate.

 

Background

  • Business Orientation.

  • Pe Ski/Is.

  • SAP/AS 400.

  • Proficient in Microsoft O/fice Applications
