As the Medical and Digital Excellence Manager you will be responsible for the innovation and growth within the Medical Affairs department of GSK.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • · Build the learning environment to execute capability building model and link to actualize role responsibilities while developing and implementing the competency tool for Medical Team.

    · Create/manage digital solutions for the medical team to accelerate the digital know-how and expertise.

    · Support and give input medical team to leverage medical projects as best practice to develop medical strategies.

    · Manage the measurement of the work quality, build up the fundamentals about the metrics within the team, communicate about local actions regularly in line with above-level organizations and help the team to foresee yearly plan while following up with metrics.

    · Aligns the medical teams in the medical planning process by implementing reporting across planning systems for budget forecast, project timeline & resource-planning by managing medical plan timelines, budget and resource calculations.

    · Conduct comprehensive analysis of data and metrics from medical teams to identify key performance indicators related to scientific engagement and the medical education plan.

    · Drive continuous support for the field medical team for navigating the key systems, usage of CRM system and team culture.

    · Collaborate with departments to enhance and digitalize current processes and way of workings.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

· 5 (+) years of increasing experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry.

· Must have demonstrated strong leadership ability, especially with regard to cross-functional initiatives and in working with local team and ‘above country’ teams.

· Analyse local level systematic needs and experience in implementing tools.

· Experience to evaluate skills gap to build right capabilities.

· Must have an experience to manage digital solutions and channel know how.

· Experienced coordinator of different types of programmes.

· Experienced communicator across multiple levels of the organization.

· Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple, complex projects concurrently.

· Proven experience in the administration of different Systems.
