- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve commercial processes and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align financial goals and operational execution.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline development and management.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient data architectures.
- Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and storage solutions.
- Expertise in optimizing data workflows to support business intelligence and analytics.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
