Job Description:

岗位职责

  • 负责所在区域的销售业绩达成,确保短期与长期业务目标落地。
  • 管理并辅导销售团队(销售代表/主管),提升团队能力与绩效水平。
  • 制定并执行区域销售计划,跟进医院/医疗体系渠道的业务进展。
  • 维护重点客户关系,推动新客户开发与区域业务增长。
  • 确保销售活动及团队行为符合公司政策与合规要求。
  • 跨部门协作,支持市场活动及产品策略实施。
  • 在日常决策与管理中践行 J&J Credo 和领导力要求。

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历,医学、护理、生命科学、市场营销等专业优先。
  • 6–8 年一线销售经验,具备 2–3 年以上团队管理经验。
  • 具备良好的沟通能力、团队领导力和跨部门协作能力。
  • 具备战略思维与强执行力,可推动区域销售计划落地。
  • 具备客户导向、责任心及合规意识,能适应区域出差。
