Job Description:
Supports development of sales enablement capabilities directly working with sales and support groups. Primary emphasis is on the development of associate tools, readiness and adoption plans to support deployment of both new initiatives and existing sales execution reinforcement. The incumbent will work closely with initiative owners and the Academy to assess readiness needs and determine appropriate readiness solutions for existing and new hire Merchant Solutions associates. He/she will collaborate with Business Banking Merchant Solutions segment leaders, initiative owners and key partners (e.g. Commercialization, Product, Business Controls, Sales Support, Salesforce) to address areas of opportunity and improve process adoption. He/she will support procedure development and change management processes required to deploy new initiatives. He/she will have responsibility for managing strategy and tactics for initiatives through delivery design and execution planning with Global Payments Solutions, Business Banking Merchant Solutions and referral channel partners. Incumbent will collaborate to drive new initiative outputs through associate readiness forums. Works directly with initiative leads in designing, developing, and delivering project summary documents including strategic presentations, project updates, analytical insights and more as appropriate.
