Job Description:

Supports development of sales enablement capabilities directly working with sales and support groups. Primary emphasis is on the development of associate tools, readiness and adoption plans to support deployment of both new initiatives and existing sales execution reinforcement. The incumbent will work closely with initiative owners and the Academy to assess readiness needs and determine appropriate readiness solutions for existing and new hire Merchant Solutions associates. He/she will collaborate with Business Banking Merchant Solutions segment leaders, initiative owners and key partners (e.g. Commercialization, Product, Business Controls, Sales Support, Salesforce) to address areas of opportunity and improve process adoption. He/she will support procedure development and change management processes required to deploy new initiatives. He/she will have responsibility for managing strategy and tactics for initiatives through delivery design and execution planning with Global Payments Solutions, Business Banking Merchant Solutions and referral channel partners. Incumbent will collaborate to drive new initiative outputs through associate readiness forums. Works directly with initiative leads in designing, developing, and delivering project summary documents including strategic presentations, project updates, analytical insights and more as appropriate.

  • Develops strategic and tactical plans to drive progress towards business goals and objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead projects to on time delivery

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word

  • Critical thinking skills, ability to understand and translate complex processes into simple, clear, straightforward messaging

  • Self-motivated; ability to work with minimal supervision

  • 5+ years of Merchant acquiring experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior sales enablement, initiative management or associate readiness experience

  • Experience managing change at Bank of America under the Enterprise Change policy

  • Experience managing sales teams

  • Experience using Global Banking Salesforce – Merchant version

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$117,500.00 - $185,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
