Key Duties:

  • Responsible for real estate data analysis and delivery
  • Route and manage lease documentation, including tracking lease terms, renewals, and expirations
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external lease administration vendors
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, and Real Estate to ensure alignment and resolve issues
  • Identify and implement improvements to portfolio management processes and systems
  • With Portfolio Administration Manager guidance, oversee the administration of lease agreements by outsourced vendors, including tracking lease terms, critical dates, and compliance with lease obligations
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of lease data into lease management systems
  • Provide backup for other key group functional actions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in commercial/corporate real estate/lease administration
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with Accounting, Finance or Real Estate emphasis.  Equivalent work experience may suffice
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Power BI and Power Queries a plus
  • Effective communication and interpersonal organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout the American Red Cross system

* Combination of candidate’s education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description’s minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).

The salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $75,000
