Position Summary
This position provides administrative and technical support for a variety of call center applications, most prominently Verint.  The Senior Business Analyst will perform user and system updates as well as provide technical support to users. This position involves small project coordination and support of larger project/upgrade initiatives.

Fundamental Components

• With direction, support one or more processes using applicable tools that deliver business system solutions.
• Serve as a team member and contribute to activities such as analysis, planning, design, development, testing, installation and maintenance of support systems and workflows for business areas.
• Provide support to projects.
• Support implementation and rollout of vendor/customer products.
• Interact with internal customers to define/develop information products.
• Assist in educating customers on use of system solutions.
• Perform ongoing research, and support tasks for existing systems.
• Influence enhancements to business processes and system infrastructure
• Educate customer on the value, use and interpretation of product.

Required Qualifications

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chrome

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills

Experience using Verint

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with system administration

Project Management / support experience
 

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
