The Finance Analyst, Operations is responsible for supporting our growing business, whose primary responsibility would be to support the Operations as a Finance Partner to provide timely, relevant, and accurate reporting & analysis.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational and financial data, investigate variances, identify business drivers, and evaluate their impact on planned objectives.
  • Prepare meaningful variance analysis and commentary for management team.
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly and annual budgeting/forecasting as well as monthly/quarterly business review.
  • Increases productivity by developing financial template and correlate the information upon requests.
  • Recommend actions from analysis, data interpretation and comparison and propose for changes in terms of methods and data materials.
  • Work with Costing manager to drive the product costing accuracy on a regular basis in line with Bill of Material (BOM) review.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

  • Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in Financial or Business analysis.
  • Resourceful in understanding of business landscape and high exposure to business acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as an advanced user.
  • SAP experience is highly considered.

Desirable requirements:

  • Relevant manufacturing background is highly considered.
  • ICP knowledge is preferred.
  • Advanced in English proficiency with native Thai speaker.
