Business Process Services professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Business Process Services professionals may be based at a client’s office or in one of Accenture’s 50 delivery centers around the world.
What are we looking for? • Graduation/Bachelor of Laws/Master of Business Administration/Bachelor of Administrative Law/PGDBM • 1 – 3 years of commercial document and/or contract administration experience, or relevant support roles in legal or procurement. • Paralegal certificate or law degree preferred • Proven ability to work independently and support the team on need basis • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Good client facing skills
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Assist in the preparation, review, and redlining of low to medium complexity contracts using standard templates and under supervision. • Review commercial and operational contracts to extract key clause details as per business requirements. • Apply working knowledge of fundamental legal clauses such as indemnities, limitation of liability, intellectual property rights (IPRs), and confidentiality. • Ensure contract documentation complies with internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements. • Upload contracts, enter metadata, and maintain version control and tagging within contract repositories. • Track and manage contract deliverables, amendments, milestones, renewals, and expirations. • Maintain accurate contract records with strong attention to detail. • Use Contract Lifecycle Management tools such as Ariba, Icertis, or SAP for contract administration. • Coordinate internal approvals and follow up with stakeholders for updates and sign-off. • Escalate contract or risk-related issues to senior team members or legal when appropriate. • Exhibit a proactive and responsible approach to task ownership and client service delivery. • Act as a point of contact between business units for resolving operational and contract-related queries. • Support the signature process and ensure signed contracts are uploaded into the client’s system in a timely manner. • Collaborate with legal, sourcing, compliance, finance, and category teams to support contract lifecycle activities. • Support inclusion of required terms during redline reviews and assist in negotiation tracking. • Enforce compliance-related processes, such as change order handling and internal control adherence. • Assist in preparing reports and contract summaries for audits, stakeholder meetings, or compliance reviews. • Liaise with information security and data protection teams to incorporate standard protection clauses and assess third-party risks. • Participate in onboarding and knowledge transfer sessions to support new team members.
