Job Description:

1) Extensive experience (8-12 years) with ServiceNow ITOM modules, including CMDB. Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
2) Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)
3) Demonstrated ability to lead complex ITOM projects from conception to completion, delivering measurable business value.
4) CIS-Discovery and(or) CIS-Event Management certification preferred
