Job Title:       Premium Services Coordinator

Department: Premium Sales & Partnerships

Reports To: Partnership Sales & Services Manager

FLSA Status: Non- Exempt

Location: Coca Cola Music Hall

Overview:

This position is in charge of providing our Premium clients & sponsors with an exceptional service. The Premium Services Coordinator is responsible for making sure that customer benefits and experiences are always fulfilled under the best customer service standards. This job requires insight and knowledge of the entertainment industry and how to effectively coordinate elements that create a unique and memorable experience. It will ensure all customer contact is courteous, informative, thorough, and friendly.

Essential Duties:

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails, for inquiries of our events, orders, deadlines, among others, in a friendly and positive manner.
  • Coordinate Premium Services for our high clients (i.e. parking, food and beverage, tickets, etc.)
  • Inform clients about upcoming events, special events, due dates, special menus, etc.
  • Assist in ticket requests for Suites, Lofts, and Premium Seating.
  • Communicate with customers via phone or email to obtain information necessary to fulfill requests.
  • Prepare and ensure proper execution of all Premium Services.
  • Anticipate and provide Premium / Sponsor client needs.
  • Be a participating team member by providing suggestions, volunteering and being involved in projects, processes, etc.
  • Work together with the Partnership Sales & Services Manager during events and with other departments in the Premium Club Level area.
  • For events, it is important that the Premium Services Coordinator collects the information required and necessary for various departments (i.e., parking logistics, suite specs, etc.)
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner.
  • Maintain high standards of courtesy, hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism always.
  • Work well with in-house departments and outside.
  • Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 year of previous experience, or internships in Event Production, VIP Services, Hospitality, Ticketing, Customer Service or similar role is required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have strong computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.
  • Positive attitude, team-player, and open to learning.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • Fully Bilingual -- English and Spanish.

Computer Skills:

  • Must have strong computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
