Your New Role
The Manager will help execute the company's strategic direction and operational efficiency in Sports GTM. Collaborating with cross-functional teams the role will ensure that all departments involved - Sports Marketing, AdSales, Distribution, Product, Commercial Planning, Sports Content, Customer Support, Sports Rights Management - are strategically coordinated toward the company’s goals.
The manager will collaborate on marketing campaigns, sales strategies, content acquisition business cases, content strategies, and partnership deals, ensuring that content is positioned effectively to meet market demands and drive subscriptions.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Drive special project updates, business cases, and strategic recommendations to the executive team, supporting informed decision-making.
• Follow up short & long-term strategies and prioritize them to achieve business timeline targets.
• Assisting and communicating with executives throughout the decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation stages
• Consolidate teams and members' efforts for initiatives and action, progress against plans, manage risks and issues, and manage dependencies.
• Oversee the pace of ongoing projects towards objectives, with a holistic overview to ensure targets are met and conditions of satisfaction are acknowledged for all stakeholders.
• Maintain action items assigned during meetings, including responsible parties and due dates.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of action items.
• Include the status of action items in regular project updates, highlighting any delays or obstacles to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture of continuous improvement.
• Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, ensuring the appropriate stakeholders are informed and available.
• Document key points, decisions, and action items during meetings and timely distribute notes to relevant parties.
• Align stakeholders across various departments to ensure cohesive and unified project execution.
• Provide regular status updates on project progress to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
Qualifications & Experience
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably within a dynamic project environment.
• 2+ years of proven experience in the streaming industry.
• Strong Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in english, both verbally and in written form.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
