About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Specialist – AtR Statutory Reporting to join our Global Business Solutions, AtR team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality statutory reporting and supporting external audit activities, primarily across the EMEA region, with opportunities to contribute to global initiatives and process improvement projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, partnering with market finance teams, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.


What You’ll Do

Statutory Reporting

  • Prepare, review, and submit statutory financial statements and related disclosures in line with local GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage statutory reporting workflows in Workiva, including template setup, mapping maintenance, and structure updates.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and reporting periods.
  • Coordinate with market finance teams and external auditors to gather required information and support statutory reporting submissions.
  • Support statutory financial statements and disclosures based on local legal and regulatory needs.
  • Primarily support the EMEA region, while remaining flexible to support other markets as business needs evolve.

Finance Transformation & Process Improvement

  • Contribute to global finance projects and initiatives.
  • Support standardization, automation and process improvement initiatives within AtR standardization and statutory reporting.

External Audit Support

  • Manage and respond to audit queries and information requests from external auditors.
  • Follow up with market stakeholders to obtain supporting documentation and explanations.
  • Track audit findings and recommendations to ensure timely resolution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, statutory reporting, or external audit within a multinational environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across EMEA and AMER regions.
  • Exposure to external audit processes, including audit deliverables and response management.
  • Experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or project management is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Workiva or similar reporting/consolidation tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI, Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Query is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint; Workiva, SAP and S/4HANA is a plus.
