About the role

As Data Analyst – Customer MDM within our Digital team, you'll drive data analysis and integration initiatives that power smarter decisions across our Customer Master Data Management platform. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand data use, analysis, and quality requirements
• Collaborate with the Global One Customer MDM Product Owner on backlog management and strategic alignment
• Manage requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation to capture business needs
• Guide solution design to meet data and integration requirements while promoting architectural standards
• Define and execute test cases to validate functional and non-functional requirements
• Ensure data compliance with quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX), and cybersecurity requirements
• Serve as the main Digital point of contact for countries during and after rollouts

About you

• Experience: Data analysis, data manipulation, and master data management; healthcare industry experience is a strong plus
• Technical skills: SQL proficiency, Customer MDM and Customer 360 concepts (  Oracle/ Postgre , Informatica, Semarchy, Snowflake) , data quality techniques, cloud computing fundamentals; visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense) beneficial
• Soft skills: Strong communication, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, collaborative team player
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Agile methodology
• Education: Master’s degree in mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics preferred
• Languages: English
