Tasks and Qualifications:

Your tasks:

• You will accompany and support actively the profitable growth of the Rental & Used business EMEA, where the achievement of short- and midterm KPIs (revenue, margin, etc.) in close collaboration with the regions will be in the focus

• Within a regular performance management, you will follow up on the ongoing achievement of goals within the operative business and you will prepare and follow up on regular business review meetings

• As basis of your analysis, you develop together with the regions tactical measures for securing the results and short-term result improvements

• You collect market information and trends, develop relevant analysis and scenarios for developing measures that secure our results and goals

• In exchange with the regions you will support „Best Practice Sharing“, from and to all our markets and organizations

• You will support chosen international projects for Rental & Used

Your qualifications:

• You have a technical or economic degree or a similar education

• You have a relevant experience in Business Analytics, and you were able to gather experience within a Matrix organization

• You have a deep understanding on sales and service processes and you own remarkable conceptional, methodical and analytic skills

• You are fluent in English and a further European language is an advantage
