Join us as our new Regional Marketing Manager, LATAM
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager for our microbial-based solution, acting in the Latin American agriculture sector. In this role, you will spearhead market leadership, fostering collaboration between sales and marketing for profitable growth.
Your responsibilities include crafting regional marketing strategies in partnership with sales, technical, and portfolio managers to achieve ambitious growth targets. Leveraging your analytical prowess, you will conduct market research, customer mapping, and product launches, ensuring a compelling value proposition. As a key contributor, you'll actively support the sales team, engaging in customer meetings and playing a vital role in account teams for key customers and channel partners. In Novozymes BioAg we develop and support science-backed microbial and microbial derived products to improve and protect crop production. Working cooperatively as part of the larger BioAg organization on numerous cross-functional teams this position will help bring a new level of reliable and sustainable microbial products to support modern agriculture production.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Lead the Go-to-Market (G2M) strategy encompassing segmentation, pricing, and value proposition development, while actively contributing to the identification and implementation of local innovation initiatives in the region.
- Drive the envisioning and shaping of the innovation portfolio, influencing the regional strategy and focus areas, and taking a leadership role in growth planning.
- Lead strategic product launches and oversee 4Ps management (product, price, place, promotion).
- Play a pivotal role within the global marketing team, contributing to decision-making processes and championing innovation through effective project management and product launches to foster business growth.
- Translate industry trends into actionable insights, actively engage in industry events, deliver impactful customer presentations, directly interact with customers, and propose media communication activities.
Potentially relevant experience:
- Bachelor degree in Agronomy or related fields
- Minimum of (3) years' experience in Marketing, with a demonstrated track record in marketing agricultural crop biological inputs. Essential qualifications include a robust understanding of the South American agricultural market, particularly in Brazil and Argentina.
- Well-developed leadership skills
- Strong partner development skills
- Ability and willingness to be a true team player
- Proven experience in the Latin American market, customer engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and demonstrates proficiency in industry networking.
- Essential multilingual proficiency in English/Portuguese. Spanish proficiency is highly valued
- Availability to travel 50% of the time.

Remote Position. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within Brazil.
