Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in in Oostrum, North Limburg.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the Program Manager will be responsible for managing the onsite supply chain programs of larger high-tech customer(s) in close cooperation with different customer channel managers responsible for the assigned accounts. You ensure annual profit, efficiency, and deliverable goals are attained at each client engagement.

What a typical day looks like:

• Driver of KPI delivery for the customer programs, ensure metrics are monitored and actioned;
• Identify and give content to improvement areas to maximize service and revenue;
• Negotiates contract terms and/or amends established contract terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers;
• Responsible for the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for assigned customer accounts;
• Management of business reviews with internal and external stakeholders;
• Be the key channel of communication for the customer relation;
• Maintain current and develop additional business with customer;
• Support and/or lead projects, costs and other customer related matters through leadership and expertise.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience;
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program administration/management;
• Demonstrates advanced operational, people management and process knowledge skills;
• Demonstrates knowledge of project management, supply chain and logistics and finance;
• Requires excellent customer (external and internal) relationship and management, interpersonal relationships, leadership, negotiation and communication skills;
• Fluent English required.
