Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and configuration of software systems using Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA) and associated tools and technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software systems, applying expertise in diverse software development methodologies and processes. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in software development methodologies and processes. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with associated tools and technologies such as Java, .NET, and Agile methodologies. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and associated methodologies. - Experience in leading software development teams and delivering successful software systems. - Solid grasp of software development best practices and standards.
