IFP Asia Regional Planning Leader

About this Role:
In this role, the regional planning lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end planning activities across ASIA markets, with a focus on both supply and demand planning. The position plays a critical role in managing centralized contract manufacturing (CM) operations, driving planning excellence, and ensuring alignment with regional business priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Leading centralized Supply planning team for Skincare, Dispenser and Korea CM (YuHan Kimberly) products where source is non-local (non-APAC Mill).
- Act as the primary planning interface with cluster supply chain leaders for smooth communication, planning, alignment and escalation management.
- Manage demand planning activities, including forecast validation and alignment to support accurate and responsive supply.
- Perform capacity analysis for key vendors and indulge with Asia Mills/regional or global ECMs for sourcing opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sources (external vendors, EMEA and NA) for YK, Skincare and Dispensers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of materials.
- Support business decision-making through operational input and planning intelligence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the supply chain.
- Lead regional projects like network sourcing optimization or RCP etc for YK, Skincare and Dispensers.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks, such as disruptions, delays, and shortages.
- Monitor and address potential risks proactively to ensure business continuity.
- Digitization of Planning activities through planning tool / Power BI dashboard implementation.
- Defines and oversees the implementation of new systems and processes and implements new supply chain concepts.
- Provide leadership and coaching to one Deployment Planner, ensuring effective execution and capability development within the team.
