The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Physical Security Manager to join our dynamic teams in Berkeley, MO & Kent, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees who will provide oversight of new physical security builds and modifications compliant to ICD 705/702 standards, activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, including security inquiries, compliance assessments and implementation security controls.
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements may be required for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Industrial Security or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with ICD 705
  • 3+ years of experience as a leader or manager

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers
  • Subject Matter Expertise with ICD 705 and TEMPEST migrations

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Tier 1 (Kent, WA / Tukwila, WA): USD $111,350 - $150,650

Tier 2 (Berkeley, MO): USD $103,700 – 140,300
