Your role and responsibilities

In the Critical Power business at ABB, we sell UPS products and offer a wide variety of services on them. The Implementation Manager and the rest of the Critical Power team now need your help with the range of Salesforce implementation related topics and project tasks, including development and optimization. You will work closely with the Implementation Manager of Salesforce to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of countries. Our team is highly functional and eager to listen to your input and ideas, especially regarding how we can work smarter and in a more automized way.

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare Salesforce setup for country onboarding.

  • Especially assist with the migration of an existing platform and implementation of our global processes and toolset in the United States.

  • Take a substantial role in Salesforce Service Contracts implementation.

  • Support with monitoring and improving data quality by creating and utilizing dashboards.

  • Prepare UAT (testing) for business implementation of Salesforce objects for countries in the project scope.

  • Work on side projects like NPS, Skills Matrix or Technical Details enhancement.

  • First line of support in hypercare period to onboarded countries.

Qualifications for the role

  • Graduated, in fields such as Data Analysis, Business Economics, Computer Science or similar.

  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and motivation to develop your skills in Power BI.

  • Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for working with data.

  • Strong self-organization and time management skills.

  • Proactive and open‑minded attitude, able to take initiative and propose ideas.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective teamwork and comfortable interaction with managers and other stakeholders.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, as you will work in an international environment.
