The Job

As Own continues to scale into the next phase of growth, we are looking for an ambitious SLED Principal Account Executive to hunt for new business. In this quota carrying role, you will prospect for brand new potential accounts and ultimately convert them into paying customers. We are looking for a true ‘hunter’ mentality - mapping out key accounts in your territory and creating a strategy to execute, and ultimately close the business. Your Day-to-Day Role

  • Proactively own and manage a portfolio of SLED accounts and become their trusted advisor
  • Identify key stakeholders to drive new business relationships and become a trusted advisor
  • Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual booking objectives
  • Collaborate and work with broader teams (TAMs, SDR’s SEs, Marketing) to help build Mutual Success Plans with customers
  • Participate in our world class sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs 

Your Work Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a quota carrying role preferably in the SaaS and/or PaaS space but not required
  • Experience with consultative, value-based selling and a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Worked with multi-product offerings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business.
Own is a global team, and as we’re looking for Top-talent, for the right candidate there may be an opportunity to work remotely in the following states: CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, ME, NC, NM, NV, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI. Travel may be required.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $110,400  to $138,000. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon various factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, scope of the role, and location.
