Role Overview

Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced Creative Specialist to join our dynamic, high-performing global communications team. The Creative Specialist will be a key member of the Global Communications Business Solutions (GCBS) team, supporting Hitachi Ltd. Global Marketing & Sales (GM&S) initiatives. Working under the Creative Lead, this role leads the creation of high-impact creative assets, with a focus on executive presentations, corporate multimedia, and strategic materials used across internal and external engagements, including meetings, client interactions, and events.

The role plays a critical part in translating business and brand requirements into visually compelling, high-quality deliverables, ensuring consistency, speed, and excellence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-impact PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and executive communications
• Translate complex data and messaging into clear, visually compelling slides
• Execute corporate video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia production
• Deliver end-to-end creative assets across multiple formats within schedule
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment
• Collaborate with Creative Lead and stakeholders to ensure quality outputs
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials

Executive Presentation Design

• Develop executive-level presentations with strong storytelling and structure
• Apply visual hierarchy, layout design, and data visualization best practices
• Ensure alignment with brand and executive expectations

Corporate Video & Multimedia

• Execute video editing and motion graphics aligned to creative direction
• Support production of corporate storytelling content
• Ensure high-quality delivery across multimedia outputs

Experience & Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in design or multimedia roles
• Strong portfolio in executive presentations and corporate video
• Advanced PowerPoint skills (expert level)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong visual storytelling and design skills
• Experience working in global, fast-paced environments
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English
