This successful candidate will be
Responsible for providing support to the Sales Team and customers during the sales process. Make the sales process more efficient to allow sales team to focus on selling activities and ensure customer day to day needs are met. Working with sales and other function to deliver expected booking.
As a Sales Support Administrator you will help Sensormatic Solutions to grow by improving our sales process and productivity. Sales are the biggest driver of our company's success, so your position plays a crucial role at JCI.
DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Account Management Support – Provide the administrative support to co-ordinate and complete forms New customer BP, AR application, and customer information updates.
Prepare customer data reports and weekly Booking reports for sales/sales teams.
Organize product demand forecasts and provide accuracy analysis data Collect & prepare bidding documents.
Submit the contract approval process in accordance with the DOA (update FPA, legal approval, etc.),Tracking contract and FPA approval process, and send the approved complete package for all files to customer service to create order in ERP.
Feedback to sales team current status timely with Booking FCST to catch up the reach of FCST. Provide support ingress (e.g. business license, quotation, etc.) for new supplier BP and new item application Provide purchase review supporting documentation (e.g. quotations, FPAs, contracts, etc.)
Supporting for customers on order related (status of order). Assist on borrow produce for emergency project Daily interaction with customers, internal customers (Sales, Service, Mgt) and external suppliers.
Tracking material status and share with sales (whether the supplier is shipping, whether the warehouse is delivered, whether the warehouse is sent to the site) Tracking progress of monthly revenue, feedback to sales team current status timely with Revenue FCST to catch up the reach of FCST.
Collect sales invoicing lists, check ERP status, coordinate with operation team to follow up material, subcontracting and other information, organize the invoicing information to submit the invoicing application Other duties as required.
REQUIREMENT PROFILE:
Developed Interpersonal skills to effectively work, communicate and interact professionally with internal customers (sales, admin, and mgmt.) and external customers and suppliers as required – Essential.
Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft suite, previous use of Salesforce CRM system advantageous.
Attention to details and ability to prioritize & multitask to meet deadlines. Essential.
Excellent team player and ability to work autonomously quickly and efficiently.
