As a Manager - Sales Development at Zenoti, you will play a dual role:

  1. Leading and mentoring a team of SDRs, fostering their growth and driving team success.
  2. Contributing to the growth of Zenoti across Europe as an important, collaborative member of the European Management Team

You’ll contribute to building a robust pipeline and help Zenoti expand its footprint in the EA market through strategic outreach and sales development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Individual Contributor Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for delivery of high quality MQLs as per company targets
  • Actively coach team to prospect, qualify and generate new sales opportunities through outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in key accounts.
  • Track and report on individual performance metrics, maintaining data integrity in the tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Qualified, Gong, Highspot or similar)
  • Align with global standards on best practice sales management approaches

Team Management Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, develop, and positively motivate a team of SDRs, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Set and monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on outreach strategies, messaging, and call techniques to enhance team productivity.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews to drive professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine the lead generation strategy and optimize campaign effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in Account Based Marketing programmes, sales development or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing SDRs or similar teams.
  • Track Record of Success: Consistent achievement of sales targets and demonstrated ability to build strong pipelines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS sales and an understanding of the EA market.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, mentor, develop, and positively motivate high-performing teams. Familiarity with working in a matrix structure is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience using tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Qualified, Gong, Highspot or similar) and sales enablement platforms.
