As a People Generalist and Office Manager at Glovo, you will have a real impact on local HR reality. You'll help shape a high-energy, fast-paced environment where we’re passionate about bringing the best people on board, supporting their growth, and ensuring a positive, vibrant workplace.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL: 

• Be the go-to person for all People-related queries, providing clear guidance on policies and processes.
• Organize workplace operations and procedures; coordinate with the Global IT department regarding equipment and with the Global Office Management team to ensure alignment with office standards.
• Design and implement employee guidelines aligned with the global People strategy while ensuring compliance with local legislation.
• Ensure smooth execution of People administrative tasks, maintaining accurate employee records across all systems.
• Provide employees with engaging experiences both inside and outside the office, including team-building activities and other events.
• Collaborate on strategic People processes such as learning and development initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous growth, and driving employee engagement and retention by supporting activities that keep teams motivated and satisfied.
• Use data to gather insights from the team and provide your vision on advancing People topics within the country.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration or related fields. 
• Understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws
• Experience using Excel or Google sheets.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proactive and solution-focused – you’re always thinking ahead and stay openminded.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Experience in analyzing HR data, spotting trends, and turning that info into actionable insights would be a big plus.
• Very hands-on and eager to move from operational tasks (such as organizing the office cleaning service or arranging repairs for the coffee machine) to strategic ones (such as supporting the performance review cycle).
