MSIG North America continues to grow! 

This position is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support through the integration of a centralized resource center.  Key services include data and financial processing, order fulfillment, document preparations, account maintenance, client services and customer onboarding.

Essential Functions:

Financials                                                                                                                                   

  • Receipt Application support to include processing of stop pays, voids and deposits in the completion of request forms, posting of transactions in system of record and communication of completion.
  • Centralized Escheatment to include monthly downloads, notifications, research, adjustments and state filings.
  • Assists with data entry of financial data into system of record and reimbursement of requested payments in a timely and accurate manner to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Processing of claim expense invoices, travel expenses, bulk vendor payments and operational/facility invoices, etc.
  • Assist with company ACH/Wire requests to include form completion, vendor updates as needed, documentation support, and posting of claim requests to the system of record.  

Customer Support                                                                                                                                  

  • Support initial vendor requests for all service vendors to include W9’s, vendor form completion, vendor table updates, 1099 and Tin Match maintenance.  
  • Support for centralized mail hub - receipt, index and distribute.   
  • Provide shared coverage for centralized Customer Service Line in a professional, accurate and timely manner to address client inquires and/or requests.
  • Timely completion of correspondence to include all claim acknowledgements, adjuster reassignment, benefit notices, authorizations and other communications.
  • Monitoring all adjusting licenses for compliance, CE requirements and renewal.
  • Support Claims Subrogation to include correspondence, issuance of loss reimbursement checks and subro log maintenance.

Data Integrity                                                                                                                   

  • Claim coding maintenance to include table maintenance, financial reconciliations, data maintenance reports, statistical data edits, and insured communications
  • Support TPA Claim Data Feeds to include reconciliations, approvals, data corrections and claim status updates.
  • Works special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience Required: 

Diploma/Degree & Experience

  • High School Degree or G.E.D. with a minimum of one year Customer Service or Data entry experience required.  Prior claims experience is preferable.
