About Wayflyer

Our mission is to give the world access to the best products by empowering great brands to reach their growth potential.

Today's consumer brands need a capital provider that keeps pace with their growth ambitions. Traditional financing options are slow, cumbersome and often out of reach. That's why we built Wayflyer.

Our unique technology allows us to assess businesses in minutes, generate financing offers that reflect their growth potential and send funds in as little as 24 hours.

Since launching in April 2020, we've deployed over $4.5bn to thousands of brands worldwide, backed by Tier 1 banks like J.P. Morgan. We've become a trusted financing partner for some amazing brands, like True Classic, Little Words Project and Kekoa Foods.

Teams at Wayflyer are truly cross-functional. You'll be collaborating with ambitious colleagues from around the world - all striving to deliver on a huge opportunity. Check out this video to hear directly from them.

What you'll do

As the Partner Marketing Specialist at Wayflyer, you’ll play a critical role in driving new partner acquisition, optimising partner experience, developing partner-related content, and working with partners to build awareness of Wayflyer in their customer base.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll have ownership of our partner communication activities, infrastructure, and partner co-marketing initiatives to drive partner engagement and customer acquisition through our partner channels.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive demand generation.

  • Promote and manage our partner program by identifying potential partners and refining the program to drive higher levels of partner engagement.

  • Partner with the Content team to develop co-branded content such as case studies, webinars and thought leadership material

  • Create and optimise email marketing campaigns to nurture prospective and current partners

  • Develop, implement and execute a partner communications and education strategy

  • Develop co-marketing strategies with strategic partners to drive customer awareness and acquisition.

  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Partnerships teams to enhance the growth of partnership marketing strategies (affiliate marketing, sponsorships, white labeling, etc.)

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales org to ensure a strong alignment between Partner Marketing efforts and lead quality/quantity expectations

  • Use data and insights to continuously optimise strategy and goals, from segmentation and targeting to creative and messaging

  • Partner with the Marketing Ops Manager to track and report on performance, ensuring campaigns are measured accurately and consistently

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Excellent written, communication, and verbal skills

  • Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset

  • 5+ years of partner marketing experience, ideally in a B2B, fintech and/or sales-led organization

  • Proven expertise in email marketing and lifecycle campaigns, with a strong understanding of nurturing and engagement strategies

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and other teams teams to align goals and efforts

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)

  • A data-driven and experimental mindset combined with curiosity and creativity

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to execute and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment

What is important to point out is that you can do most or all of the above mentioned and can point to your real experience doing it. You’ve probably done it at companies of different shapes, sizes and industries. Given what we do, experience in financial services, fintech and business-to-business organisations is particularly interesting to us.

On top of that, you’re amazing at prioritisation. You make sure you’re not spread too thin while also giving teams the support they need. You spend your time on the things that make a positive difference. People get why you’ve chosen to say ‘yes’, ‘no’, or ‘not yet’, and are ok with it.

What you’re like as a person and how you treat people is a big deal for us. People love working with you. You’re helpful and generous with your time and knowledge. People love helping you back. People know where they stand with you.

You’re always looking to learn and grow, on a personal and professional level. And you’re always looking to help others learn and grow by sharing your own knowledge and experience.

You know why diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging matters, and speak up when we can do better.
